In 2012, you can help Open Hand prepare, package and deliver almost 2 million fresh, medically appropriate meals and provide nutrition education and coachingto the most vulnerable in our community: our neighbors, co-workers, friends and family suffering from chronic or critical illness and homebound seniors.
Ours is a mission of neighbors helping neighbors, and we rely heavily on our community support to help fund our programs. Gifts are tax-deductible and are appreciated in any amount to help fund the daily expense of preparing, packaging and delivering more than 5,000 meals. A gift of only $30 provides four healthy meals for one of our clients.
